Rob Westerman

Gold Boy Music & Publication was founded by Rob Westerman when he won a songwriting contest and subsequently found himself recording with talented daughter, Corrie, on a CD of all-original Christmas songs. Corrie, in Tennessee, and Rob in Hawaii, would fly to California to record. Hence came the CD “A Father-Daughter Christmas”; (2001) Two new CD’s: “It Won’t Be Christmas” (2010) and “Christmas Hawaiian-Style” (2008) came from the FDC CD. Rob also wrote a new tale of Christmas gift-giving for Hawaii, The Legend of Kalikimaka, based on his song, Alohalani, Kalikimaka Auntie. He published this first as a children’s picture book, but is currently writing the tale as a screenplay, The Christmas Auntie. Rob is a Philadelphia/Ventnor, N.J. native.
